Position: AI Trainer - Financial & Investment Analysts
Type: Short-Term Contractor Assignment (9 Weeks)
Compensation: $11.5 per hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: Up to 40 hours per week with 4 hours overlap with PST
Role Responsibilities
- Create realistic finance and investment tasks for AI training and evaluation.
- Develop scenarios covering valuation, financial modeling, forecasting, and investment research.
- Evaluate AI outputs for technical accuracy, financial reasoning, and practical relevance.
- Review calculations, assumptions, financial analysis, and recommendations.
- Apply evaluation rubrics and incorporate expert feedback to improve task quality.

Requirements
- Strong years of experience at Analyst or Associate level in investment banking, asset management, equity research, credit, or corporate finance.
- Experience in company valuation, financial modeling, forecasting, and financial-statement analysis.
- Practical experience in credit analysis, capital markets, investment research, or portfolio evaluation.
- CFA Level II+ or active progress toward the CAIA qualification.
- Strong analytical, financial reasoning, problem-solving, and written communication skills.
