URGENT: FINANCIAL ANALYST | MAJOR INFRASTRUCTURE ORGANISATION
Perm role. Immediate start – ideally within 1–2 weeks
Salary: circa £54k
An excellent opportunity for an experienced Finance Analyst to join the finance team of a major UK infrastructure and investment organisation.
Working directly with the CFO, you will provide high-level financial modelling and analytical support across finance, commercial property, and airport operations, helping shape current and future business cases and commercial plans.
This is a role for someone who enjoys getting under the skin of complex financial and commercial questions and turning analysis into clear, practical advice for senior decision-makers.

We are looking for a qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA with strong experience in:
- Complex financial modelling, forecasting and scenario analysis
- Developing and evaluating business cases and financial plans
- Corporate finance and commercial analysis
- Advanced Excel and financial management systems
- Providing strategic financial advice to senior stakeholders
- Translating complex analysis into clear recommendations
Experience of infrastructure, real estate, major assets or commercial operations would be highly advantageous. Experience applying AI to financial reporting or modelling would also be welcomed.
