ABOUT THE ROLE
CONNECTB2B LTD is hiring UK Personal Finance Experts on behalf of one of our clients, a leading AI technology company.
This project focuses on household financial workflows, financial decision-making and advisory tasks. You will use your real-world financial expertise to help train and evaluate next-generation AI systems.
No prior AI experience is required โ your professional financial knowledge and practical experience are what matter most.
The role is particularly suited to professionals with experience in banking, wealth management, accounting, financial advice, tax planning or related areas.

You will provide practical insight into how UK households manage savings, pensions, mortgages, personal taxation and other financial decisions, helping make AI-powered personal finance tools more accurate and relevant.

WHAT YOUโLL DO
- Complete real-world personal finance tasks, including reviewing transactions, budgeting and organising financial accounts through securely connected UK bank accounts, with personally identifiable information redacted.
- Provide clear, concise written guidance on UK personal finance topics, including ISAs, pensions and SIPPs, mortgages, savings and HMRC Self Assessment.
- Assess and critique AI-generated financial advice against defined evaluation rubrics and provide actionable feedback to improve model performance and reliability.
- Review financial documents and demonstrate how UK consumers and advisers handle filing deadlines, account types and financial decisions.
- Help develop and refine evaluation rubrics and grading criteria for personal finance-related AI outputs.
- Stay up to date with changes to UK personal tax, pension and savings rules relevant to the project.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Degree or equivalent qualification in finance, accounting, economics or a related field.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in UK personal finance, particularly involving ISAs, pensions/SIPPs, mortgages or Self Assessment.
- Professional experience in banking, wealth management, financial advice/planning, accountancy or tax planning.
- Experience running your own financial advisory or tax practice is also valuable.
- Current residence in the United Kingdom with active UK personal or business bank accounts.
- Professional credentials such as CFP, DipPFS, FCA-authorised IFA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CTA or ATT.
- CFA or CTP qualifications are a strong advantage.
- Excellent written communication skills and the ability to explain complex financial concepts in clear, simple language.
- Experience with rubric-based evaluation or reviewing AI-generated outputs is desirable but not essential.
