Financial Analyst | Permanent | London | £45,000 - £50,000 + 10% bonus | Luxury Retail | Hybrid (4 days a week in office)
JasperRose have partnered with a luxury fashion group is looking for a Financial Analyst, this is a fast-paced, high-growth business with a close-knit finance team.
Key responsibilities
- Owning the P&L by channel, analysing variances against budget and last year for each brand
- Preparing P&Ls for UK & Ireland across Wholesale, Retail and Concessions
- Prepare store and wholesale P&Ls for CFO and CEO review
- Carry out quarterly cost centre and profitability analysis, identifying variance drivers
- Own monthly and quarterly reporting, including gross margin analysis
- Build and maintain a business performance dashboard, with daily sales reporting and weekly insights on sell-through across retail, wholesale and digital

About you
- 3+ years' experience in financial analysis, budgeting and commercial reporting, ideally within fashion, luxury or retail
- Advanced SAP, BW and Excel skills, including pivot tables and data modelling
- Solid understanding of UK GAAP/IFRS, HMRC compliance and post-Brexit import and duties frameworks
- Strong communicator who can turn complex financial data into clear insight for senior stakeholders
- Italian is a strong plus but not essential
