Are you a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys turning complex data into meaningful business insights? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where your analysis directly influences decision-making?
Harbro is looking for a Financial Analyst to join our Finance team in Turriff. Reporting to the FP&A Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering financial and operational performance reporting across the Group, supporting budgeting and forecasting activities, and helping drive data-led decision making throughout the business.

As Financial Analyst, you'll:
- Prepare and develop Revenue Stream and Operations Management Information
- Produce monthly financial costings and management reports for our manufacturing operations
- Lead the finance element of operational costing meetings with site managers
- Work closely with Revenue Stream Directors, Operational Managers and business leaders to provide financial insight and commentary
- Support budgeting, forecasting and business planning processes
- Assist with month-end reporting, ratio analysis and performance reviews
- Develop and maintain management information packs and KPI reporting
- Support financial analysis for projects, business initiatives and acquisitions
- Help drive reporting improvements, particularly through Power BI and enhanced data visualisation
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the Finance function and wider business

What we're looking for
We're keen to hear from candidates who are:
- Strong analytical thinkers with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicators who can build relationships at all levels
- Proactive and solutions-focused with strong problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working with large volumes of data and financial information
- Passionate about improving processes and reporting
- Experienced in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting systems
- Interested in data visualisation and business intelligence tools (Power BI experience would be advantageous)

Desirable
- Part-qualified, fully qualified, or currently studying towards a recognised accounting qualification
- Experience within manufacturing, production or operational environments
