Financial Analyst

Educate2Trade is a specialized systematic trading firm. We are currently expanding our desk and are actively seeking disciplined professionals to manage firm-allocated capital.

The Role

This is a performance-driven position focused on G10 currencies and financial derivatives. Analysts are responsible for identifying market opportunities, executing systematic trading strategies, and managing downside risk in strict accordance with our firm's mandates.

General Requirements

  • Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving aptitude (STEM, Finance, or Economics backgrounds are advantageous).
  • Unwavering discipline to operate within strict risk management frameworks.
  • Excellent record-keeping skills for performance audits and trading journals.

Entry Requirements & Qualifications

To ensure the protection of firm capital, all candidates must meet our internal risk standards via one of the following routes:

Direct Entry (Experienced):

  • You must provide a verifiable live trading track record of at least 6+ months.
  • This record must demonstrate your ability to generate consistent risk-adjusted returns while adhering to strict institutional drawdown limits.

What We Offer

  • Capital & Tech: Direct access to firm capital and professional-grade trading infrastructure once accredited.
  • Compensation: Base salary of £45,800 for eligible candidates upon successful completion of onboarding, alongside an uncapped, performance-based commission structure tied to your P&L.
  • Relocation/Sponsorship: UK visa sponsorship options are available for eligible candidates who successfully complete the required onboarding and probation phases.
