We're partnering with a commercially driven organisation to recruit an experienced Finance Analyst to join a high-performing Commercial Finance team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional to work closely with senior stakeholders, supporting strategic decision-making through insightful financial analysis, business partnering and performance reporting. You'll play an important role in driving commercial performance while helping deliver meaningful business outcomes within a fast-paced and evolving environment.
The Opportunity
As a Finance Analyst, you'll work across multiple business workstreams, partnering with Finance and senior stakeholders to provide high-quality financial insight, reporting and forecasting.
This is a varied role where you'll combine analytical thinking with commercial awareness, supporting budgeting, forecasting, regulatory reporting and strategic decision-making. You'll build strong relationships across the business while helping identify risks, opportunities and areas for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Partnering with Finance and wider business stakeholders to provide insightful financial analysis and recommendations.
- Supporting month-end processes, quarterly reporting, budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Maintaining rolling forecasts while identifying key cost drivers, risks and commercial opportunities.
- Producing high-quality management reporting and performance packs for senior stakeholders.
- Supporting regulatory and performance reporting requirements.
- Delivering financial analysis that supports strategic business decisions.
- Collaborating across Commercial Finance and wider business functions to drive projects forward.
- Providing ad-hoc financial analysis and commercial support as required.

About You
We're looking for a commercially focused Finance Analyst with strong analytical skills, excellent stakeholder management abilities and the confidence to influence business decisions through data-led insight.
You'll also have:
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification.
- Previous experience within a Commercial Finance or Finance Business Partnering role.
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to translate financial data into meaningful business recommendations.
- Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting processes.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Lookups, Pivot Tables and data analysis.
- Experience working with large datasets and financial modelling.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with strong attention to detail.
- Experience with SAP, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or Business Intelligence tools would be advantageous.
