Join one of the UK's most important engineering and defence organisations, supporting budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and financial performance reporting across a complex operational environment. This role would suit a Finance Analyst, Management Accountant or Junior Finance Business Partner looking to develop stakeholder-facing business partnering experience within a large-scale project environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Budgeting and forecasting support
  • Variance analysis and cost monitoring
  • Financial performance reporting
  • Stakeholder engagement with budget holders
  • Supporting business cases with financial data
  • Cost studies, trend analysis, and benchmarking activities

Successful Candidate:

  • Newly qualified or finalist (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
  • 2+ years experience within Finance Analysis, Management Accounting, Cost Accounting, or Finance Business Partnering
  • Strong Excel and financial analysis skills
  • Confidence communicating with non-finance stakeholders
  • Available immediately or at short notice
