This role would suit a Finance Analyst, Management Accountant or Junior Finance Business Partner looking to develop stakeholder-facing business partnering experience within a large-scale project environment.

Key responsibilities:
- Budgeting and forecasting support
- Variance analysis and cost monitoring
- Financial performance reporting
- Stakeholder engagement with budget holders
- Supporting business cases with financial data
- Cost studies, trend analysis, and benchmarking activities
Successful Candidate:
- Newly qualified or finalist (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- 2+ years experience within Finance Analysis, Management Accounting, Cost Accounting, or Finance Business Partnering
- Strong Excel and financial analysis skills
- Confidence communicating with non-finance stakeholders
- Available immediately or at short notice

Details:
- Reading (2 days onsite, 3 days remote)
- Initial 9-Month Contract
- Inside IR35 Hourly Rate
- SC clearance eligibility required
