Change Recruitment Finance Business Partner Opportunity
Change Recruitment are working with a highly regarded employer in Edinburgh who are looking to appoint an experienced Finance Business Partner to join their team. This is a broad and commercially focused position, offering the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders and teams across the organisation, providing financial insight and analysis to support key business decisions. You’ll take ownership of a varied portfolio, including:
- Business partnering with senior stakeholders and budget holders
- Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
- Management accounts and financial reporting
- Cashflow analysis and forecasting
- Financial modelling and performance analysis
- Providing financial insight to support strategic decision-making
- Supporting audit, tax and regulatory requirements
- Improving financial processes, controls and reporting

The role would suit a qualified accountant who enjoys working beyond the numbers and wants to have a genuine influence on business performance. You’ll need to be confident working with senior stakeholders, comfortable operating autonomously and able to turn financial information into clear, commercially relevant insight.
What’s Required?

- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Strong experience in financial analysis, reporting and business partnering
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive approach with the ability to work independently
- Ability to attend an Edinburgh office a couple of days per week
