Role Description
The Financial Analyst role at BritJobs Pro is a full-time, on-site position based in the United Kingdom. The Financial Analyst will review and analyze financial statements, prepare regular financial reports, and support budgeting and forecasting activities. This role involves monitoring key financial metrics, conducting variance and trend analysis, and providing data-driven insights to support strategic and operational decision-making. The Financial Analyst will collaborate with internal stakeholders, ensure accuracy and compliance in financial reporting, and contribute to continuous improvement of financial processes and tools.

- Strong foundation in Finance, including knowledge of core financial concepts and business drivers.
- Proficiency in Financial Planning and budgeting, with experience supporting forecasts and long-term projections.
- Ability to interpret and work with Financial Statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Analytical Skills to perform detailed quantitative analysis, build models, and translate data into clear recommendations.
- Experience with Financial Reporting, including preparing management reports and dashboards.
- Relevant academic background in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CFA) are an advantage.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets and financial analysis tools; familiarity with ERP or accounting systems is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to manage deadlines, and effective communication skills for working with cross-functional teams.
