About the Role

We are seeking a commercially focused Finance Analyst to join our Finance team. This role will support financial planning, reporting, and commercial decision-making across the business by providing accurate analysis, meaningful insights, and strong financial partnering to stakeholders.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual who enjoys working with data, influencing business decisions, and driving continuous improvement within a fast-paced retail environment.

We welcome applications from part-qualified candidates (ACCA or CIMA), as well as individuals who are aspiring to study towards an accountancy qualification.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Analysis & Reporting

    • Produce timely and accurate financial reports, dashboards, and management information.
    • Analyse sales, margins, operating costs, and profitability across the business.
    • Prepare monthly variance analysis against budgets and forecasts.
    • Support Central Finance with the month-end reporting process.
    • Develop financial models and business cases to support strategic initiatives.
    • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through robust financial analysis.
  • Business Partnering

    • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
    • Partner with commercial and operational teams to support decision-making.
    • Experience supporting budgeting and forecasting processes.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related discipline (preferred).
  • Studying towards or part-qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA is desirable.
  • Qualified by experience candidates are encouraged to apply.
