Finance Analyst | Music Industry | £55,000 + up to 15% Bonus | Hybrid (London) | 6-Month FTC

We're working with a well-known name in the music industry that's looking to appoint a commercially-minded Finance Analyst to join its high-performing FP&A team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business at the heart of the music world, partnering with senior stakeholders and helping shape commercial decisions through insightful financial analysis. Offering £55,000 plus up to a 15% bonus (which has paid out recently), this role combines strong commercial exposure with an excellent working environment and plenty of variety.
The Opportunity
You'll become a key member of the FP&A team, working closely with finance and non-finance leaders to understand performance, improve reporting and support strategic decision-making. You'll be involved in:

- Preparing monthly management accounts and delivering insightful financial reporting
- Producing meaningful variance analysis and performance commentary
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
- Completing balance sheet reconciliations and ensuring strong financial controls
- Partnering with senior stakeholders across the business to support commercial decision-making
- Identifying financial risks and opportunities through robust analysis
- Improving reporting processes and helping automate recurring finance activities
- Supporting a range of commercial and finance projects as the business continues to evolve
About You
You'll be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) who enjoys working with stakeholders and using financial information to influence decisions. Ideally, you'll have:
- Experience producing management accounts within a commercial business
- Strong FP&A or commercial finance experience
- Excellent analytical and Excel skills
- The confidence to business partner with senior stakeholders
- A proactive approach with a passion for improving processes
- Experience with Workday or Adaptive is helpful but by no means essential
