Business Controller / Finance Analyst | Global Luxury Fashion Group | London
Up to £55,000 + 10% bonus
Office near Bond Street
Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day from home
We’re recruiting a Controller for an established international luxury fashion group with a portfolio of premium brands, a presence in over 100 countries and a global network of more than 2,500 branded stores.
Reporting directly to the CFO, you’ll play a central role in financial planning and commercial analysis across UK and Ireland operations and B2C e-commerce. With exposure to senior leadership and global headquarters, this is an opportunity to see your work influence decisions across retail, wholesale and digital channels.

The role offers broad, hands-on responsibility, including:
- Managing budgets, forecasts and P&L reporting across brands and sales channels.
- Partnering with retail, wholesale and operations teams to improve margins and profitability.
- Analysing sales, inventory and collection performance to identify commercial opportunities.
- Developing dashboards and presenting insights to senior management.
- Supporting cash flow planning, financial controls and the year-end audit.
We’re looking for a fully/part qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA accountant, or equivalent, with at least three years’ relevant experience in financial analysis, budgeting and commercial reporting. Strong SAP, BW and advanced Excel skills are required, alongside the confidence to translate financial data into clear recommendations.

A background in fashion, luxury goods or retail would be particularly valuable. Italian language skills would be an advantage but are not essential.
The package includes:
- Salary up to £55,000.
