Interim Finance Analyst | AR Integration & Working Capital | UK Remote | 3 to 6 Months | £300 to £350 per day Umbrella

Talent Drive are working with a large, international PE backed technology business going through a significant period of change, which is looking for an experienced Interim Finance Analyst to support a key piece of work across AR integration, working capital and financial data.

This is a hands on analytical role with a strong problem solving and transformation focus. Alongside supporting the integration of AR, you’ll be getting underneath the data across cash collections, aged and bad debt, payment terms and wider working capital.

They need someone who can pull data from finance and ERP systems, interrogate what is being reported, identify where the issues sit and help create a clearer and more accurate picture of cash and working capital across the business.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
