FP&A Analyst | £55,000 (6 Month FTC) | Fast-growing, B-Corp certified retail business | London (2 days in the office) | Fixed Term Contract
An FP&A Analyst is required to join a fast-growing, sustainability-focused ecom retail business based in London (hybrid working, 2 days in the office). This is an opportunity to join a BCorp that is £200 million turnover and has an expanding international presence.
The role is newly created and will be hired on a six-month fixed-term contract, to drive automations in their FP&A reporting and processes. Reporting to the Senior FP&A Manager, you will map and understand existing FP&A processes to identify and eliminate manual effort and utilise existing systems as well as AI to drive change and standardise reporting across the group.

Responsibilities
- Mapping the team's existing FP&A reporting processes and identify ways to eliminate manual steps across their consolidations and validations
- Automate the FP&A reporting through platform configuration, scripting and AI tooling
- Documenting any implemented processes for the existing team and for future use across the business
- Identifying, investigating and resolving discrepancies between the financial reporting platform (Vena) and trading/BI systems. Build an automated reconciliation process and roll this out across the business
- Supporting the broader FP&A team with commercial analysis, reforecast consolidation and ad hoc requests
What they are looking for
- Proven FP&A experience (2+ years)
- Experience automating existing FP&A processes and reporting
- Use of AI tools (ideally Claude either in personal or professional setting)
- Hands-on experience CPM/EPM platform (Vena, Anaplan, TM1, Adaptive Insights, OneStream, Hyperion or similar)
- Proven experience assisting with reporting automation, having found and eliminated manual steps in reporting or planning processes
- Strong stakeholder management experience
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
