Responsibilities
We're looking for a Graduate Financial Analyst Intern to join our Real Estate Capital Solutions team. You will work closely with a seasoned team of real estate professionals and contribute to the execution of high-profile transactions across EMEA. This includes advising some of the industry’s most prestigious investors and banks on investment strategies, capital structuring, and liability management. You will gain hands-on experience in navigating complex financial situations covering all real estate asset classes and positions in the capital stack.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building financial and cash flow models for real estate assets and platforms
- Assisting in the preparation of pitch books, investment memoranda, and financing memoranda
- Supporting the execution of real estate focused capital markets transactions, including strategic advisory on acquisitions and divestitures
- Assisting in debt advisory for large-scale financings and complex liability restructuring mandates
- Conducting in-depth market, industry, and company analyses on real estate trends
- Working closely with legal, tax, and technical advisors throughout the transaction lifecycle
Basic Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English (additional language skills are also advantageous)
- You will have an outstanding academic record, with preference for a degree in accounting, economics, finance, or real estate
- Have previous experience within real estate investment, debt advisory, M&A advisory, private equity, restructuring and/or related fields
- You will have a strong understanding of real estate valuation theory, methodologies and applications
- Strong quantitative, financial and analytical skills (especially for cash flow modelling)
- Ability to work well under pressure with attention to detail
- Good proficiency with MS Office particularly PowerPoint and Excel

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in and/or interest in the real estate sector
- International experience is also desirable, but not essential
- You must be motivated and have the ability to work cooperatively with all levels of staff in a rapidly changing, demanding, but ultimately rewarding environment
