Finance Specialist – Executive Presentation Review
Position Type: Contractor
Compensation: $150–$350/hour
Location: Remote
About the Opportunity
We are seeking experienced Finance Specialists to support a project focused on improving the quality, clarity, and impact of financial presentations and investor materials. The role combines financial expertise with presentation design, data visualization, and AI evaluation.
Prior AI experience is not required. Strong finance and financial-communication expertise is the primary qualification.
Responsibilities
- Reconstruct and enhance Microsoft PowerPoint presentations.
- Transform complex financial data and insights into clear, compelling visual presentations.
- Apply effective data visualization and visual storytelling techniques.
- Review and refine financial content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
- Translate financial analysis and valuation results into investor-ready materials.
- Evaluate presentation drafts for data integrity, messaging, and overall quality.
- Provide clear, structured feedback and collaborate asynchronously on project deliverables.

Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis, financial modeling, and valuation.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Experience with financial data visualization and presentation design.
- Strong written communication, editing, and critical-thinking skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience preparing investor materials, pitch decks, or board-level financial presentations.
- Background in finance, investment banking, consulting, or related fields.
- Portfolio demonstrating financial presentation design or slide reconstruction.
- Experience translating quantitative analysis into executive-ready materials.
- Experience providing structured feedback on financial presentations.

Compensation & Engagement
- Compensation: $150–$350/hour
- Engagement Type: Contractor
- Work Arrangement: Fully remote
- Location Eligibility: US, UK, or Canada
- Openings: Approximately 5 positions
- Work Style: Flexible, asynchronous project engagement
