Position: Investment Banking Associate

Type: Contract

Compensation: $150 - $220/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week

Role Responsibilities

  • Deliver real-world insights by sharing how AI tools are incorporated into financial modeling, research, and day-to-day deal analysis.
  • Produce high-quality example workflows, analyses, or reports using AI platforms relevant to investment banking and equity research.
  • Evaluate and provide feedback on the effectiveness and accuracy of AI-driven research and modeling outputs.
  • Detail your approach to leveraging AI in streamlining data collection, financial modeling, or valuation work.
  • Describe the practical impacts and limitations of AI tools within your project work or across deal cycles.
  • Participate in collaborative assignments to compare traditional methods with AI-enhanced approaches, highlighting efficiencies and challenges.
  • Communicate findings clearly through both written and verbal channels to support AI training and optimization.

Requirements

  • Substantial background in investment banking, equity research, corporate finance, asset management, or closely related financial analysis and deal-oriented disciplines.
  • Hands-on, day-to-day experience as an Associate, VP, or Analyst actively involved in research, modeling, and transaction processes.
  • Direct experience using one or more AI platforms for financial professionals (e.g., Rogo, Hebbia, Model ML, Claude for Financial Services, or similar).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to articulate technical and analytical concepts to varied audiences.
  • Ability to outline and contextualize the adoption and integration of AI tools within a team or across project workflows.
  • Experience in delivering actionable insights and constructive feedback to optimize tools and processes.
  • Familiarity with evolving trends in financial technology and a passion for advancing industry best practices through innovation.
