Financial Analyst
Contract: 6 month - potential extension
PAYE
Location: Surrey - Hybrid
Hourly rate £27 per hour
Atrium is seeking a Senior Business Finance Partner to join a Commercial Finance organization. This role will play a key part in supporting local and regional finance teams by delivering high-quality financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analytical support. You will collaborate with finance and commercial stakeholders across multiple markets, helping drive business performance and continuous improvement within a global finance environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, preparation, and delivery of financial forecasting and operating plan submissions.
- Support business decision-making through financial analysis, revenue trend evaluation, and cost validation.
- Prepare financial reports, presentations, and management information for key stakeholders.
- Act as the primary finance contact for assigned markets and finance leaders.
- Collaborate with local, regional, and global finance teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Handle ad-hoc financial requests and business-critical analyses.
- Drive process improvements and support the implementation of digital finance tools and technologies.
- Mentor and support junior team members by sharing finance expertise and best practices.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across different countries and functions.

Experience Required
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline.
- Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or part-qualified candidates considered.
- Strong experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis.
- Experience working within a commercial finance, business finance, or FP&A environment.
- Excellent analytical and financial modelling skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working in a global or matrix organization is advantageous.
