Job Title: Finance Analyst
Location: Annesley, Nottinghamshire
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000
About Us:
This role is working within a dynamic and growing organisation seeking to improve their commercial finance support. This Finance Analyst will join a supportive team within an excellent culture, and drive insights and strategic decisions that improve business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse financial data to support business planning and forecasting
- Manage KPIs and improve dashboards
- Prepare detailed reports and assist with the management accounts
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to inform strategic decisions
- Support with new systems and ensure efficiencies

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Finance Analyst or Management Accounting role or similar
- Good technical ability, someone who is in the detail and accurate
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel and financial modelling
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Professional qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) preferred, or AAT with relevant experience
