IFA Administrator/Team Leader
Location: London/Hybrid
Salary: Up to £45k + discretionary bonus + excellent benefits.
We're delighted to be partnering with a highly successful, award-winning Chartered Financial Planning firm to recruit an experienced Senior Client Account Manager.

The Opportunity
As Senior Client Account Manager, you will provide dedicated support to Financial Advisers and their clients, ensuring an exceptional client experience at every stage of the journey. You will also play a key leadership role, supporting and developing a small team while helping to drive operational excellence across the business.
This position would suit an experienced financial services professional who combines technical knowledge, exceptional organisation skills, and a passion for delivering first-class client service.

Key Responsibilities
- Acting as the senior administrative support for Financial Advisers and their client portfolios
- Building strong client relationships through proactive communication and outstanding service
- Managing complex client cases with professionalism, empathy, and discretion
- Leading and developing a team of Client Account Managers
- Conducting regular one-to-one meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions
- Coordinating workflows, priorities, and deadlines to ensure service standards are maintained
- Preparing accurate documentation and client reports
- Supporting compliance and regulatory requirements
- Identifying process improvements and driving operational efficiencies
- Utilising CRM systems, financial planning software, and Microsoft applications to deliver a seamless client experience
About You
To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have:
- Previous experience within Financial Planning, Wealth Management, or Independent Financial Advice (IFA)
- Strong knowledge of financial products including pensions, ISAs, investments, bonds, and protection products
- Understanding of FCA regulations
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proven experience supporting advisers and high-net-worth clients
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Leadership or team management experience
- A proactive, solution-focused approach with a desire to continuously improve processes
