Full-time Finance Assistant
We’re recruiting a full-time Finance Assistant to join our Group Finance team based in Brighton. This role offers exposure to a wide range of financial processes, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their understanding of how finance supports wider business operations.
In this role, you will:
- Prepare and complete reconciliations, investigating and resolving variances where required
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather information, resolve queries, and support finance-related queries
- Ensure consistent adherence to finance processes and controls
- Support month-end activities and help the Group achieve reporting timelines and targets

Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Finance Assistant role (desirable, not essential)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce work with a high level of accuracy
- Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively and independently
- A determined character who takes ownership of work and sees tasks through to completion
- Ability to build excellent rapport with both internal and external international stakeholders
- Professional business conduct in person, on the telephone, and written communication
- Strong Excel skills, use of pivot tables, and v-lookup function would be preferable
- Strong numerical skills
