About Us

Liberowe is a luxury womenswear brand based in London focused on quality and craftsmanship. As we grow, we're looking for a Financial Assistant to support our finance function and work closely with our CFO.

Role Description

The Financial Assistant will support day-to-day financial operations, including:

  • Processing invoices
  • Updating financial records
  • Assisting with accounts payable and receivable

You'll help prepare financial reports, reconcile accounts, and support monthly and year-end closing activities.

The role also includes:

  • Maintaining accurate documentation
  • Liaising with internal teams and external partners
  • Helping ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations

You'll work closely with the CFO to help improve processes, provide timely financial data, and support decision-making across the organisation.

What you'll bring:

  • Strong analytical skills and a solid grasp of finance principles
  • Some hands-on experience with invoicing and basic accounting tasks
  • Clear, professional communication skills, both internal and external
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel) and comfort learning financial software
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks Online is a plus but not required
  • Strong attention to detail, good organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Relevant education in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; professional certifications are an advantage
  • Some prior experience in a finance or accounting support role preferred, but not essential
