Due to fast-growing business in UK, currently we look for a Finance Assistant to join our young and friendly team in Coatbridge. Following are details,

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Verify and reconcile invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all AP transactions.
  • Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies and answer queries.
  • Assist in month-end closing activities and prepare reports as required.
  • Support the finance team with ad-hoc tasks and projects.

What We Expect from You

  • Proven experience as a Finance Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingual language skills in English and Mandarin Chinese.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work in a full-time onsite environment.
