About Holistic
Holistic was launched in April 2018 to help companies create better employee experiences through the use of data. Holistic works with companies to gather and analyze information about all aspects of the employee experience, with a particular focus on creating diverse and inclusive workforces where employees are treated consistently and fairly. We then work directly with our clients to attack these challenges, measuring our output along the way. We help companies attract better employees and then work to ensure that those employees stay longer and are happier and more productive in their roles. All positions are remote.
Position Overview
The part-time Financial Assistant has a critical role within the organization and is responsible for tasks such as payment tracking, invoice management, payroll processing, and account reconciliation. By recording payments, creating and distributing invoices, ensuring accurate employee compensation, and reconciling accounts, they play a fundamental part in upholding the organization's financial stability and integrity.
This position will be part-time for 10-15 consistent hours a week. Holistic will work with the right candidate to ensure that the schedule works for them.
Responsibilities And Duties Include:
- Managing payments, invoices, and payroll
- Reconciling financial accounts
- Maintaining organized financial records
- Providing support for various financial tasks when needed
Qualifications
An ideal candidate would display the following qualities:
- Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting practices
- Proficiency in financial software, including QuickBooks and Excel
- Attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management
- Commitment to ethical conduct: The candidate should be trustworthy and capable of exercising good judgment when handling confidential information
Other Relevant Skills
- Proficiency with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Chat, and other virtual meeting platforms
- Ability to understand quantitative and qualitative data reports

Salary
$20/ hr.
