AP Assistant | PE Backed Company | Salary £30,000 - £35,000 Benefits
I am currently working with a PE backed company looking for an AP Assistant to come and join the team. My client is currently growing massively and have been taking a lot of market share therefore need someone to come and support in the build out of their team.
You will be reporting into the AP/AR Manager and work closely with various entities across the global streamlining processes and supporting the Group.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Proactively process supplier invoices and deal with queries.
- Preparation of monthly payments, in a timely and accurate way.
- Monthly review and reconciliation of bank book.
- Monthly closing and reporting on Accounts Payable accounts.
- Reconciliation of supplier accounts.
- Supplier setup and verification.
- Purchase Order Maintenance and Review.
- Monthly Prepayment posting.
- Review and processing of employee expense claims.
- Monthly intercompany recharge review and processing.
- Assist in the preparation of VAT and Tax returns.

For this role you will have worked in an AP team previously and ideally between 1-3 years of experience. My client can support with future growth and opportunities should they arise within the company.
For this role you will need to go into the office 3 days a week
