Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 FTE

VisionFR is delighted to be acting on behalf of a vibrant independent creative agency with offices based in UK, USA and Europe. They offer a great working environment and are now looking for a temporary Finance Assistant to join the Finance Team. This Finance Assistant plays a key role in the day to day running of the Accounts Payable function. The right candidate will be experienced in a similar role using paprika.

Key Responsibilities of the temporary Finance Assistant:
- Post supplier invoices
- Manage the Accounts Payable mailbox
- Post payments and update bank reconciliations daily
- Process employee expenses, checking receipts and VAT treatment
- Reconcile supplier statements and support payment run preparation
- Review aged creditors and follow up on outstanding items
- Support the Finance team with ad-hoc administrative and reporting tasks and annual audit
Skills and Requirements of the temporary Finance Assistant:
- Paprika
- Proficient in Excel
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills
- Positive, proactive attitude
- Experience in a fast-paced, environment
- A flair for communication
- Available to commit for 6 months
- Immediately available to start (no notice period or VISA)
