Financial Assistant – The Nici Lymington, base in Bournemouth central office

About Us

About THE NICI Collection

THE NICI Collection is a luxury lifestyle hotel group inspired by some of the world's most iconic destinations, bringing exceptional hospitality, outstanding food and drink, and unforgettable guest experiences to some of the UK's most desirable locations.

What began with THE NICI Bournemouth, our original flagship hotel inspired by Miami's South Beach, has grown into an exciting collection of destination-led properties. In June 2026, the collection expanded with the opening of THE NICI Newquay, inspired by Italy's Amalfi Coast, and THE NICI New Forest, inspired by the luxury and charm of the Hamptons.

This is just the beginning of our growth journey, and we're looking for talented individuals who want to build their careers with an ambitious and expanding hospitality brand.

The Role

Located in The Nici Hotels Bournemouth central office, reporting to the Financial Controller, with a dotted line to the Group Financial Controller, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the hotel. This position is ideal for someone with hospitality finance experience who is looking to grow their career within a dynamic luxury hotel environment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
