Start Your Career. Learn While You Earn. Build Your Future.

Not everyone knows exactly what career they want after school. But if you're organised, curious, enjoy working with numbers and want to build skills that will set you up for the future, this could be the perfect first step.

At Diaceutics, we're looking for a motivated person to join our Finance team. You don't need previous finance experience - we'll teach you that. What matters most is your attitude, willingness to learn and ambition to grow.

From day one, you'll gain real-world experience in a global business, work alongside experienced professionals and develop skills that can open doors throughout your career. And after your first year, we'll support you in studying towards a recognised finance qualification.

Why Join Diaceutics?

This isn't just a job. It's the start of a career.

You'll have the opportunity to:

  • Learn from experienced finance professionals
  • Gain hands-on experience across different areas of finance
  • Work towards a recognised Accounts Technician qualification (ATI/AAT)
  • Build valuable business and technology skills
  • Develop through our Performance & Growth Framework
  • Progress your career as your skills and confidence grow

You'll be joining a supportive team who want to see you succeed.

What You'll Learn

As part of our Finance team, you'll gain experience across a wide range of activities, including:

  • Supporting customer invoicing and payments
  • Processing supplier invoices and purchase orders
  • Assisting with bank reconciliations
  • Helping with month-end reporting activities
  • Learning how finance supports business decision-making
  • Working with colleagues across different departments and countries
  • Using technology and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency
  • Supporting projects that help the finance team operate more effectively

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
