Deputy Finance Business Partner

Salary: £26,135 - £28,938

Location: Swindon

Working Arrangement: Hybrid

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full-time

Overview

Our client is looking for a Deputy Finance Business Partner to provide financial support and advice to internal stakeholders, with a particular focus on budgeting and financial administration.

You will support budgeting activity, maintain financial structures and help ensure cost centre and account information is accurate and effectively administered. This role would suit someone with relevant finance experience, strong Excel skills and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Finance Business Partnering team in providing financial advice and assistance to internal stakeholders.
  • Assist with budgeting processes and related financial activity.
  • Manage budget movements, profiling and transfers between cost centre and account codes.
  • Maintain and administer the chart of accounts process.
  • Maintain cost centre structures for internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor requests and provide responsive financial support and customer service.

Requirements

  • Proven relevant finance experience.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work with colleagues at all levels.
