Overview

We're looking for a Finance Assistant to help us build Tallow + Ash into one of the most exciting modern brands in the UK and support the financial operations that keep the business running smoothly as we grow.

You'll work closely with the wider finance team to ensure our day-to-day finances are accurate, organised, and efficient. This is a fast-paced, collaborative role where no two days are the same, making it ideal for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and enjoys taking ownership of key finance processes.

As we continue to scale, you'll play an important role in maintaining robust financial records, supporting reporting requirements, and helping ensure the finance function operates effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing day-to-day finance operations
    • Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner
    • Prepare and maintain payment lists for approval and processing
    • Maintain purchase and sales ledgers, ensuring records are complete and up to date
    • Support the administration of accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
    • Ensure all financial documentation is organised and accurately recorded

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
