Financial Business Manager - Surgery

Medicine | Surgery Administration

Role Overview:
The Business Manager is responsible for directing, leading, and managing all fiscal affairs for Division(s) within the Department of Surgery under the direction of the Administrator. The role involves directing and preserving the established financial and operational processing environment, ensuring adherence to internal control structures and compliance with fiscal policies, procedures, and regulations. The Business Manager also participates in strategic planning activities for divisions and clinical practice groups and develops and implements long-term financial plans and objectives.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Advanced degree in relevant field may be desirable
  • 4 years of relevant experience required
  • 4-8 years of relevant experience preferred
