Your New Role
Reporting to senior finance leadership, you will provide commercial insight and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and business performance. Key responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with commercial, operational and finance teams to provide meaningful financial insight.
- Challenging and interpreting financial and operational data to support decision-making.
- Identifying opportunities to improve profitability and business performance.
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting and long-term business planning activities.
- Producing product costings and financial models to support commercial initiatives.
- Driving improvements in financial reporting and business processes.
- Building strong stakeholder relationships across multiple departments.
What You'll Need to Succeed
To be considered, you should possess:
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualification (qualified or part-qualified candidates considered).
- Strong commercial awareness and business partnering capability.
- Excellent analytical, financial modelling and data interpretation skills.
- Ability to communicate financial information effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A proactive, inquisitive and solutions-focused approach.
