Your New Role

Reporting to senior finance leadership, you will provide commercial insight and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and business performance. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with commercial, operational and finance teams to provide meaningful financial insight.
  • Challenging and interpreting financial and operational data to support decision-making.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve profitability and business performance.
  • Supporting budgeting, forecasting and long-term business planning activities.
  • Producing product costings and financial models to support commercial initiatives.
  • Driving improvements in financial reporting and business processes.
  • Building strong stakeholder relationships across multiple departments.

What You'll Need to Succeed

To be considered, you should possess:

  • ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualification (qualified or part-qualified candidates considered).
  • Strong commercial awareness and business partnering capability.
  • Excellent analytical, financial modelling and data interpretation skills.
  • Ability to communicate financial information effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • A proactive, inquisitive and solutions-focused approach.
