Job Title: Compliance and Controls Analyst
Location: Kings Lynn/Peterborough
Contract type and shift: Fixed term contract/maternity cover 14 months
Package includes: Salary from £35,000 plus a benefits package designed to support your wellbeing and reward your impact.
Join a collaborative finance team where you will work closely with the Finance Director and regional finance teams to lead controls and compliance activities. This is an excellent opportunity to drive continuous improvement, strengthen financial governance, and play a key role in ensuring robust control processes across the business.

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead controls improvement projects, ensuring coordination and consistency across regions.
- Play a key role in controls, monitoring compliance and driving continuous improvements.
- Identify and implement process improvements within the finance department to improve efficiency, strengthen controls, and deliver cost savings.
- Analyse and recommend improvements to ERP and financial systems to better support business and control requirements.
- Oversee compliance with reporting frameworks and controls, ensuring key financial processes such as balance sheet reconciliations, reviews, and inventory counts are completed effectively.

What You'll Bring
- Experience with financial controls and governance frameworks.
- AAT part-qualified or fully qualified.
- Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent relevant experience.
