As a result of continued growth, Broster Buchanan have been retained by a market leading business to search for a Financial Controller.

Their growth has been achieved through astute organic activity and bolstered by strategic acquisitions; creating the need for a technically minded Financial Controller.

A combination of managing a large and diverse team, technical accounts preparation, consolidation, cashflow management, M&A, day to day process and strategic projects await you, in an environment that positively encourages challenge and innovation.

  • You will take the lead on a wide range of transformation projects and offer Board Level support, whilst leading and directing an already strong team.
  • You will be astute at managing change and continual operational improvement in both directions. ERP implementation experience would be particularly relevant.

  • Managing and overseeing risk.
  • Taking the lead with all professional relationships (bank, audit, tax).
  • Taking charge of all aspects of revenue and creditor management.
