Financial Controller- Opportunity to work directly with one of hospitality's most successful entrepreneurs.
Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 + Excellent Growth Opportunity
We are seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Financial Controller to join an exciting new restaurant venture founded by one of the UK's most influential hospitality entrepreneurs.
They are renowned for creating and growing some of the most recognised names in the restaurant industry, including both Michelin starred establishments and up market chains.
Now, with a new venture at an exciting start-up phase, we are looking for a finance professional who wants the opportunity to build something significant from the ground up and play a key role in its growth journey.

The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day finance function, establishing robust financial controls, supporting strategic decision-making, and ensuring the business has the financial infrastructure required to scale successfully.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in an entrepreneurial environment and is equally comfortable operating at both strategic and detailed levels.

Essential Requirements
- Experience within the hospitality, restaurant, leisure or wider food and beverage sector
- Proven ability to manage the finance function independently
- Excellent management reporting and financial analysis skills
- Real attention to detail and a hands-on approach
- Strong experience using Xero
- Qualified accountant or close to finishing that qualification.
