Financial Controller
East Sussex
£80,000 – 90,000 + benefits
Grafton Banks Finance is working with a leading manufacturing business, based in East Sussex, to recruit their new Financial Controller.
We are looking for a commercially minded and ambitious Senior Finance professional from the manufacturing industry. This role will initially work closely with the Finance Director with a pathway to become the number one in finance.
The role requires someone with a strong financial control background who is skilled in manufacturing accounting such as standard costing and absorption accounting and will also act as a key business partner to senior leadership, driving financial insight, operational performance, strategic decision-making, and continuous improvement across a complex manufacturing environment.

- Supporting strategy and projects
- Leading on the monthly management accounting and budgeting and forecasting for the business

This role is full time, office-based in the heart of East Sussex. Salary range is up to £90,000 + benefits including Private Healthcare Insurance (PHI) and enhanced pension contributions.
