Financial Controller
The Financial Controller will oversee the day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all accounting processes. Based in Windsor, this is a key role in the, helping to maintain the smooth running of the organisation's financial health and lead the team.

A high growth, international SME based in Windsor.
Description
- Manage and oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Prepare and present accurate financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial planning processes.
- Supervise and mentor the finance team to achieve departmental goals.
- Work closely with external auditors and manage audit processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.

Profile
A successful Financial Controller should have:
- A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Experience in the financial services industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage and develop a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.

Job Offer
- Salary ranging from £80,000 to £90,000, dependent on the level of experience.
- 25 days of annual leave.
- Permanent position.
