Financial Controller
Location: Central London. 3 days in the office
Permanent Salary: £70k
Consumer Additions has partnered with a high growth £20m+ turnover fashion brand.
This is a new position to ensure the finance function keeps up with the increased demands of their high growth environment.
The Financial Controller is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial operations, management reporting, and statutory compliance across the group.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the preparation of the monthly management accounts
- Own and continuously improve the month-end close process
- Manage the statutory accounts preparation and tax compliance
- Monitor cash flow and oversee cash management
- Support the budgeting and forecasting process, providing insightful analysis
- Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across the business and act as a trusted finance partner
- Drive continuous improvements to financial processes, controls, and reporting systems
- Support strategic initiatives

Requirements:
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified (or equivalent)
- Retail sector experience is preferred
- Solid inventory/stock accounting experience
- Commercially minded
- A self-starter
- Proficient in Excel
