Financial Controller

Location: Central London. 3 days in the office

Permanent Salary: £70k

Consumer Additions has partnered with a high growth £20m+ turnover fashion brand.

This is a new position to ensure the finance function keeps up with the increased demands of their high growth environment.

The Financial Controller is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial operations, management reporting, and statutory compliance across the group.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the preparation of the monthly management accounts
  • Own and continuously improve the month-end close process
  • Manage the statutory accounts preparation and tax compliance
  • Monitor cash flow and oversee cash management
  • Support the budgeting and forecasting process, providing insightful analysis
  • Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across the business and act as a trusted finance partner
  • Drive continuous improvements to financial processes, controls, and reporting systems
  • Support strategic initiatives

Requirements:

  • ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified (or equivalent)
  • Retail sector experience is preferred
  • Solid inventory/stock accounting experience
  • Commercially minded
  • A self-starter
  • Proficient in Excel
