This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious Financial Controller or Senior Finance Manager looking to step into a broad, high-impact role with significant exposure across a global, scaling SaaS business.
Why join our client?
Our client is an established, mission-led tech business with an international footprint, strong recurring revenues and ambitious growth plans.
This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of the financial control environment across the group whilst partnering closely with senior leadership on strategic initiatives. You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality financial reporting, strengthening controls, driving process improvements and supporting projects that will shape the future of the business.
Rather than operating in a purely technical reporting role, you'll gain exposure across transformation, systems, treasury and commercial initiatives, making this an excellent platform for someone who wants to broaden their experience beyond traditional financial control.
Working alongside an experienced Finance Director, you'll have genuine influence over how the finance function evolves, whilst developing your leadership skills through mentoring and managing members of the finance team.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
