Job Title

This role is responsible for leading financial operations, controls, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and regulatory compliance, while ensuring accurate financial information and strong governance across the business. It also provides strategic financial analysis, performance insights, and decision-making support to senior leadership, helping drive growth and operational effectiveness.

Description

  • Prepare and oversee accurate financial reports and statements.
  • Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes to support business planning.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Monitor cash flow, profitability, and overall financial performance.
  • Lead and support the finance team to meet key objectives.
  • Collaborate with external auditors and manage year-end audits.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies.

Profile

A successful Financial Controller should have:

  • Relevant qualifications in accounting or finance (e.g., ACCA, ACA, CIMA).
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge and financial reporting skills.
  • Proficiency with financial systems and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to communicate financial information clearly to stakeholders.
