THE ROLE
As Financial Controller, you will play a high-visibility role at the center of the firm’s financial operations, helping drive financial performance, reporting, controls, and strategic decision-making across multiple international entities.

Reporting directly to the CFO/VP of Finance in London, you will work closely with senior leadership across finance, operations, compliance, investor relations, and the investment team. This is an opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and wants broad exposure within a dynamic global investment platform.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead financial reporting, cash management, and controls across UK, US, Austria, and Luxembourg entities
- Own budgeting, forecasting, treasury reporting, and financial analysis for senior management
- Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll coordination, and banking relationships
- Manage external audits, FCA filings, VAT submissions, and regulatory reporting
- Drive improvements to financial systems, processes, and internal controls
- Partner cross-functionally with investment, operations, and compliance teams
- Support and mentor junior finance team members

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
- 10+ years’ experience in financial control, ideally within private equity, venture capital, or an FCA-regulated environment
- Strong financial reporting, controls, and process improvement experience
- Commercial mindset with the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
- Confidence using MS Excel and financial software packages (i.e. Aqilla)
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
- Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom
