📢 We’re Hiring – Financial Controller | Leicester
We are looking for an experienced Financial Controller to join a well-established £25m turnover packaging business based in the Leicester area.
- This is a hands-on, commercially focused role with responsibility for:
- Monthly management accounts & MIS
- Cash-flow forecasting
- Budgeting
- Profitability analysis
- Working-capital management
- Month-end close
- Audit coordination
- Improving finance systems/processes

We are particularly interested in someone who can develop customer and SKU-level profitability analysis and work closely with management to improve margins, costs, and overall business performance.
Ideal candidate:
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified or suitably experienced, with strong Financial Controller / Finance Manager experience.
- Manufacturing, packaging, distribution, or other stock-based industry experience would be advantageous.
- Gujarati-speaking candidates are preferred due to the communication requirements of the business.
