Financial Controller
Fast-Growth Listed Fintech | London | £85,000 - £95,000 + Bonus

Radley Green is partnering exclusively with a fast-growth, publicly listed fintech business to appoint a Financial Controller as they continue to scale.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic, high-growth environment at a genuinely exciting stage, taking ownership of financial reporting, controls and processes at a business operating at pace.
The business has grown from £9m in 2021 to £50m in 2025 and continues to grow at this pace.
Please note, candidates must come from an Audit background for this opportunity.
The Role
- Lead the preparation of accurate, timely monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting, including group consolidation for UK and US business.
- Own and continuously strengthen the internal control environment, ensuring processes are robust and scalable as the business grows.
- Manage the year-end audit process and act as a key point of contact for external auditors.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and listed-company reporting requirements.
- Drive improvements to finance systems and processes to support a fast-growing, complex business.
- Oversee UK corporation tax, VAT, ERS and other statutory filings, liaising with external tax advisors on group tax matters including transfer pricing between UK and US entities.
- Support the FP&A team with budgeting, forecasting and scenario planning for the group.
- Partner with senior stakeholders across the business to provide financial insight and support key decisions.
- Identify opportunities to automate and improve financial processes and controls, particularly as the group scales across two markets.
- Manage and develop a team of 2 direct reports.

About You
- ACA qualified (or equivalent)
- Prior experience in a Financial Controller, Group Accountant or senior finance role, ideally within financial services, fintech or a listed company environment.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, controls and process design.
- Experience managing external audit relationships.
- Track record of managing and developing a team.
- A hands-on, proactive approach, comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and partner with stakeholders at all levels.
