Are you a technically strong finance professional looking for a role where you can make a real impact? We’re looking for an experienced Financial Controller to join our business, based at our UK manufacturing headquarters in Castle Donington, Derbyshire.
Working closely with our Group Finance Director, you’ll play a key role in:
- 📊 Financial control, reporting, and management accounts
- 💰 Cashflow and working capital management
- 🔍 Strengthening financial controls and compliance
- ⚙️ Improving finance processes, systems, and reporting
- 🤝 Partnering with managers across the business to turn numbers into meaningful insight

We’re looking for someone who is hands-on, commercially aware, and technically strong, with significant relevant experience in financial control/accounting, ideally within a manufacturing environment and in an international context.

You’ll possess an accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) or University Degree (or equivalent) in Finance or Accounting.
