Financial Controller | Manchester | £75k+ | Hybrid | Permanent
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Financial Controller to join a growing international organisation based in Manchester.
Reporting directly to the CFO, this role will play a key part in strengthening the finance function, taking ownership of group reporting, statutory compliance and financial controls across a number of UK and international entities.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working in a growing, entrepreneurial environment where they can make improvements, add value and work closely with senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the preparation of group consolidated and statutory accounts
- Managing audit processes across multiple jurisdictions
- Overseeing tax compliance and regulatory reporting requirements
- Working with international entities, advisors and auditors
- Supporting improvements to finance processes, controls and systems
- Providing technical accounting expertise and developing the wider finance team
- Supporting the CFO with budgeting, forecasting and ad hoc analysis

The ideal candidate will be:
- ACA/ACCA qualified
- Experienced within industry following practice
- Strong technically, with experience across group consolidations, statutory reporting and international entities
- Comfortable working in a medium-sized, growing business where they can have real ownership and influence
