Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be the senior finance professional on site, taking ownership of the finance function while playing a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the business.

Role Responsibilities
- Lead the finance function and provide high-quality financial insight and support to the Managing Director and senior leadership team.
- Produce monthly management accounts, forecasts, budgets and performance analysis to support business growth and profitability.
- Drive financial controls, governance and reporting processes across the organisation.
- Partner with operational and commercial teams to improve performance, margins and business decision-making.
- Lead, develop and support an experienced finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
- Play a key role in strategic projects, investment decisions and continuous improvement initiatives across the business.

Person Specification
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified (or equivalent).
- Previous experience in a Financial Controller, Head of Finance or senior finance leadership role.
- Strong management accounting, budgeting and forecasting experience.
- Commercially minded with the ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders.
- Experience leading and developing finance teams.
- Manufacturing, engineering or product-based business experience would be advantageous.
