About NADclinic
At NADclinic, we’re proud to be an innovative, forward-thinking, and truly transformational company that gives our clients the opportunity to ‘be their best self’. With a team of medical professionals specializing in nutrition, neurology, and complementary therapies, we aim to improve psychological and physical health and performance. We do this through harnessing the unique power of essential and life-changing NAD+, a molecule that helps our cells produce energy, and which can mitigate the debilitating effects of ageing, illness, and chronic conditions.
As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dynamic and driven Financial Controller to join our team and support the company’s growth trajectory. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of a company at the forefront of functional health innovation.
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically strong Financial Controller to manage our core accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls. Reporting to the CFO/COO, you will ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of the company's financial records, while supporting budgeting, compliance, and audit processes. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes ownership of the numbers and keeps the finance function running smoothly day to day.
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical accounting expertise, exceptional attention to detail, and solid communication skills. An understanding of the health and wellness industry would be advantageous.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
