Financial Controller (12 month FTC) - Porsche Centre Perth
We have an exciting opportunity for a Financial Controller (12 month FTC) to join our team at Porsche Centre Perth.
As a Financial Controller, you will lead and manage the finance, payroll, and administration functions, ensuring strong financial control, accurate reporting, and commercial support across the business. Working closely with senior management, you will play a key role in driving profitability, operational performance, and manufacturer compliance.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Leading budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial reporting.
- Providing financial analysis and performance insights to support business decision-making.
- Managing payroll, VAT, taxation, and statutory compliance requirements.
- Overseeing cash flow, credit control, purchase ledger, and banking activities.
- Ensuring compliance with Porsche manufacturer standards and company policies.
- Leading and developing the finance and administration teams.

- Previous Financial Controller or senior finance experience within the motor trade (essential).
- Strong knowledge of management accounts, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Experience managing payroll, VAT, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams.
- A proactive, commercially focused approach with strong attention to detail.
Hours of Work:
- 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday
