Description
- Oversee the day-to-day accounting and finance operations of the organisation.
- Prepare accurate financial reports and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decisions.
- Lead and develop the finance team to achieve departmental objectives.
- Ensure effective financial controls are in place and adhered to.
- Collaborate with senior management to provide financial insights and recommendations.
- Handle tax compliance and liaise with external auditors as required.
- Monitor cash flow and manage financial risks effectively.

Profile
A successful Financial Controller should have:
- A professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge and financial reporting skills.
- Experience in leading a finance team within the business services industry.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in financial systems and tools.
